Welcome to Juicyville

Whenever you drive on a rainy day you should give thanks to the ancient Juicyvillian builders.  They built at least 50,000 miles of paved roads, also like the Romans.  This greatly affected the Juicyvillian economy.  Much more trade opportunity opened up for Juicyville.  Merchants no longer worried about missing trade when it rained.  The roads were all paved, so they did not become muddy and carts were able to move without getting stuck.  People also sold goods in local marketplaces such as produce, fish, olive oil, wine, leather, perfume, and meat.  These roads made it much easier for merchants to trade throughout the island of Juicyville.  However, they did not only trade within themselves.  Rome was only a short boat trip away on the Mediterranean.  On rare occasions, they would sail to Rome, ride a cart to the north of the empire, and then sail again to far-off Britain.
